I went into the store today and had a great experience. I left with more than I came in for (as usual). Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I got a great discount on a new fish tank!!! I somehow misplaced my receipt by the time I got home. I called to see if there was a way I could get a copy. Jane helped me with a very welcoming demeanor. I felt bad because I could tell it was very busy and she had to search through a bunch of transactions to find mine which I did not give her much to work with. She assured me that it was completely fine and was very kind. Warrenton Petco has such an amazing staff!! My pets and I would give 10 stars if we could! All paws and fins up for Jane! Thank you!

We came in with a kitten that we picked up who had been abandoned and needed lots of help. The girl who helped us, Raven, she was absolutely amazing! She knew exactly what to get us and was so sweet and kind and just amazing! Just so happens that we named our kitten Raven before we knew the young lady. So we found it to be our sign that this kitten was meant for the name! Thank you Raven for all your help!

Almost always out of stock on my cats favorite foods however they will sell us the smaller sized cans at a discounted price to make up for the inconvenience. Generally this store location is dirty and disorganized but in our area we really do not have to many other options. Update, went in to grab a few items and will never be back as the store was absolutely disgusting! The isle's were completely blocked with pallets of back stock and no one was working on it. Absolutely filthy the employees should be ashamed. As I was waiting to check out with 8 separate people waiting behind me one of the employees announced she was just going home because she felt like it. Shopping online only now and not with Petco as they really do not care. This place is not handicap or elderly friendly with all the
