Petco

I received this item free to test it out. It is well made and adorable on my bearded dragon. I recommend it if you want your own “flying” dragon.

Was told today that I will not receive any benefit from the Petco purchases I make here unless I download the app... So them having my email and phone number on file doesn't matter, you have to keep the app on your phone. Otherwise you cannot receive any benefit from it. Wasn't what I was told in the beginning and very unhappy about this fact. Shouldn't have to maintain an app on my phone to collect the points. There are so many apps and limited space... Each app uses bandwidth on your phone so it slows everything down... There has to be a limit to this BS.

I always have a good experience at Petco (unless they don’t have the dog food in stock that I need). But one thing that would be really helpful is that the cashier ask if I had any rewards not loaded onto my account. I forget to check my Petco app for any rewards that need to be loaded in order to use them. I guess it’s my fault for not remembering to check, and I guess they can’t see if I have unloaded rewards waiting to be loaded. I just wish they would remind me at checkout.

It's clean store and I love their dog groomers. Sometimes in the store they don't have many staff available. Not for specialty aquatic items, but it has everything I need for my dog and cats. :)

Staff is extremely friendly as soon as I walked in the store. What I like about that is they do not seem like it is part of their job, in other words, they made feel as if I am extremely appreciated. Thank you.
