Friendly staff. I like this location because it has a self wash station but the wash station could be improved. 1 of the 3 stations hasn’t worked in the 9 months I have been coming here and the dryers are very very weak which makes it hard with big dogs. I was told I have to bring my own towels going forward as well

I took my toy poodle in for her first grooming appointment. Chelsea was so amazing. She truly is amazing at her job and I recommend her as she is super kind and patient with my puppy. She did such a great job I will definitely be booking with her again!

I’ll never take my dog to any petco ever again. I had issues with the vet in terteboro but now the groomer Katherine in the location in Union is a mean one. Never again! Don’t let her groom your pet.

The staff were great. Met one on the aisle, asked her a question on quantity of a product, she was pleasant to speak to and provided me with a solution. Afterwards, I reached to the cash register, the cashier went out of her way to find two boxes of the product I needed. Went on her knees to find 2 of what I needed (deep in the display cabinet). Awesome staff!

The staff here were very friendly and helpful. I went in looking for a few things for my new shih poo puppy.
