The betta fish conditions are deplorable. This store manager needs to do something about this. Please provide regular water changes and care for your sick fish.

Bring my dog for a full grooming service this morning. She got an incomplete haircut. The hair at the tail and ears areas were not trimmed. No one picked up my calls or reply my voice mails. So I posted the review here. Not worth $95 grooming.

After 14 years as a loyal grooming customer at Petco Oro Valley, I can say the only reason anyone returned was because of their exceptional head groomer. She ran that salon with consistency, kindness, and professionalism — everything corporate management is not. Her termination reflects Petco’s poor leadership and declining standards, not her performance. It’s shameful to see corporate bullies try to hold back talented people simply because loyal clients choose to follow great service elsewhere. The community sees it — and we’re walking away right along with her.

Brought our dog here for the first time. The Petco we went to previously was excellent. This one was terrible. I paid extra for the oatmeal shampoo because she has skin allergies. Her teeth were also supposed to be brushed. When I picked her up, she didnt smell clean at all. She was still completely wet under her chin and on her belly. She has face folds that don't look like they had been touched. Her breath smelled like no one cleaned her teeth. When I got home, I was able to clean her face folds with a baby wipe and they wiped completely clean. I ran her finger brush over her teeth and her breath is so much better. I could have saved myself the money and done a better job myself. I just wanted to not have to deal with it. We will never come back to this location. $65 for a half ass bath
