Petco

I was recommended by a friend at a dog park to ask for Lindsey S. We are new to the area and did not have a good experience at the last groomer that we went to a town over. We had such a good experience easy check-in and everyone there is so knowledgeable and kind. She did everything I asked and MOST of all my boy was very happy when I picked him up. We will be a repeat customer.

Bought guppies from them on two separate occasions months apart. Each time the next day every single fish had developed columaris. Good thing I put them in a quarantine tank but come on every freshwater tank in there has dead fish. The last guppies I got came in the same day so thought they looked healthier than usual but nope, less than 12 hours later all developed nasty white patches. Don’t recommend buying ANY live fish from there. Not even worth going back and getting a refund.

I was told when I started shopping at Petco that for every 10 bags of dog food I bought I would receive a coupon for a free bag. I have called them and was told by customer service that they stopped that program. I buy three large bags a month for my dogs and have been doing this for over a year with no coupons ever given to me. I was recently in the store and shared what I was told by customer service and the associate told me that they just used a coupon the day before for a free bag of food. Very I happy about this. I spend upwards of 500 whey month at this store for my animals. Time to shop somewhere else at this point.

Dawson was great, loved his attitude. Unfortunately they didn't have all of my cats Nulo i was looking for. I arrived at 0900 when they opened and they were unloading and putting product on the shelves. So it likely was still on the pallets

They had what I needed, no long lines, and my 2 kitties were glad to have their favorite hard food!
