Petco Grooming

I had made an appointment for a dog bath and nail buffing and when I picked up my dog found that they had trimmed his fur and feet. I did not authorize or request this and now my dog is lifting his feet because the cold is bothering him.

Emma - Leigh is the best with my Pomeranian Junior. She’s understanding of his small size and big personality. She is the only groomer Junior has ever fully trusted. He broke his leg when he was only a few months old and I get anxious about other people picking him up. I never worry about him with Emma! She is the best.

Terrible experience at this Petco. We had just moved to the area and needed to get our golden retriever groomed. We made an appointment on the same day online, as there was availability, for a wash and trim. When I came in, the tech working with us was approachable. She asked for his record for rabies vaccine. I showed her his vaccine list, which included “rabies vaccine, 1 year” and the date that it was given - clearly not expired. The tech responded “not good enough I need the certificate,” in a very rude tone. This was news because I’ve never had a tech need this information when confirming rabies vaccine in the past since it was Very clearly listed, but okay. Excellent pet grooming experience. Staff was both friendly and professional. Most importantly, they were attentive to my dog. Highly recommend.
