I would like to see cheaper prices, Although I know you need to see profit. I currently have a 4 or old German Shepherd long hair dog. I buy Blu dog food 30lb bag. The store i visit is on Monroe St and Telmage St. In Toledo Ohio. I tell you this because I have neck issues and can no longer lift that bag on my own. Your staff at this store are fantastic! They not only lift the bag into the cart, they meet me up in the front of the store, get me checked out, and take it out to my vehicle. I have never received an attitude from anyone. Each person that has helped me has done so with a smile. You have some good people at this store! Now for you to figure out how to keep them. Thank you Valerie Love

Although I haven't explored the store much further than the order pickup, the employees have always seemed nice and easily answered any questions i had. Namely, where the online order pickup was. It's upfront near the checkout, there's probably a sign, but I asked a person on the register and they were very helpful .

I was in Petco yesterday, February 22. Noticed a nasty sign on the front window telling everyone to take their mask off no exceptions blah blah blah. I wonder what they did for the pandemic shut the store down. The staff was extremely rude.

I want to start by thanking Madeleine and Ki for the excellent help they gave the wife and myself over the last few times we were in this store. We are both retired with our first indoor fur baby. He is a rescue dog. He is shy and scared unless he knows you. The wife and I were both having problems getting the dog harnessess we bought there adjusted for our little dog. Ki was kind enough to put our little dog in a little closed off area to help us out with them. The manager, or the person who I think is the manager did not seem happy with Ki giving us help with our situation. I do not know if the manager knew or cared if we had been buying our doggie supplies from their store. I could understand if the store was being overrun with customers.
