Snake care is NOT IDEAL. Ball pythons should not be housed together and should NOT have aspen bedding. I saw a snake glass surfing, can also be sign of stress and not ideal living space. Don’t sell snakes if you can’t give proper education on husbandry!

Had our shihtzu-bichon (Shichon) groomed. We asked them to shave them when we picked them up their heads were not shaved. When I asked them to fix their heads the groomer was not happy. Our anxious dog, they refused to do her face. It was cut straight off her mouth and gave her a triangle face 🙄 Both dogs were very uneven. You could see where they started and stopped with the clippers, choppy at best. Would not go back.

store did not have the selection of tough chewer dog toys i was hoping for, but its hard to walk out a store mad when there are adorable little kittens for adoption <3

It's convenient because I can always find someone to help me with the fish & get my tank water tested. (Unlike Pet Supermarket that NEVER has anyone to help) They are also handy when I need someone to give my dog a pedicure when my normal girl is unavailable.

I'm not great with names, but the staff here is always so friendly, welcoming & helpful when we visit. The assistant manager and blonde guy are especially 2 really great humans. Thanks for always treating my daughter & I with such kindness & brotherhood 🙏🏼
