Petco

Not many PetCos care about the Aquatic department, and healthy fish, but this 1 does. Hunter and Brian do amazing jobs. They care about what they do. I have yet to have any fish, I have bought there to die. Petco gets a bad rap, bc most do not have a good aquatics team that actually know what they are doing, so fish are fragile and sick most the time...not this shop, I wld recommend it to anyone! They can also order you what you want if they dont have it in stock 🥳🥳

Loren did a AMAZING job with my 9 1/2 month old King Charles Cocker Spaniel. Which I KNOW was a challenge. She's a good girl, but FULL of energy. Bella came back home looking BETTER than the "Groomer" I've been taking her to EVER did, and it doesn't break the bank!! THIS is my new groomer as far as I'm concerned. Thanks Loren, and we will see you on Valentines Day 💝 She makes it hard to take pics, but she's gorgeous 😍

I had my dog groomed at this location and they were awesome! Sara was super friendly and took such care with my dog. He looked amazing! Also, as we looked around the store we were greeted by 2 wonderful employees (Raelynn and Danny) and they showed my 5 yo daughter all the different animals and talked with us about them. They even let my daughter pet a few of them! She was so excited. The store was immaculate and the animals were being very well taken care of. Thank you so much Raelynn, Danny and Sara for making our first time at your location a great one!! Would recommend to everyone!!

This store is staffed by the worst people. I cant speak for the grooming dept as I dont use them for grooming. I came into the store to ask about the return policy on a few fish I bought. As one store associate was attempting to explain the return policy anothe very rude Hoosier lady with a petco name badge interrupted and rudely dismissed me since I didn't have ALL of the fish WITH me and I didn't have a water sample from my tank. If that is their policy...fine. I wont argue, but the abject rudeness and attitude from the store associates is compleately unacceptable. Their customer service is horrible and the staff is rude . uneducated and the store often smell of urine and sick animals. I will NEVER bring my business to this Petco EVER AGAIN!

My mom went in to this location looking to get a fish. The service she received was absolutely terrible. Ali in the fish department was gonna refuse her a fish because it got up to 6 inches as an adult and my mom was looking for something that was bigger already. My mom wasn't being listened to by the employee when discussing her needs for her fish tank. Do not recommend going here for fish for fear they will try to deny selling it to you
