Asked about a couple snakes that are very clearly UNHEALTHY. They offered half off on them but didn’t seem worried about their health AT ALL. Do not recommend buying from them.

To the wonderful human I asked toay for a stiff firm dog bed cuz my child was struggling to get off the mattress I put on the floor please tell him my dog is snoring and sleeping well finally! God bless him. This was west sunshine street off west bypass. Hes a wonderful employee! And I couldn't be more grateful to hear snoring instead of whimpering under her breathing! He deserves something for appreciation other than my dog snoring for the first time in weeks! And he did this around running rhe cash register. The receipt says Damien. Thank you good sir! I may actually get to sleep tonight! And so will her cat who now is sleeping next to her and hes not had the opportunity in a while!! My heart is so full thank you Damien

Elise H took such amazing care of my Husky who had never been professionally groomed!! She came out looking so beautiful, clean and soft!!! Got rid of so much shedding hair!! Zoey and I will definitely be back to see her again!!

Love Petco! We have 4 large dogs that are our everything. We do online orders every month at Petco, but decided we'd go check the local store. Got a couple of dog beds and a bag of yogurt treats. Great sale all around! The cashier was friendly and helpful, and anyone that compliments our pups are automatically on my good side. Great selection and love the layout of the store. Easy to find everything. Plus they had some free dental chews!

In my experience the in store staff has been great. Recently, two gentlemen (Damien and Mason) went out of there way to provide me with good customer service. Damian was very informative. He got me going with the Petco app and took care of my online order at the counter while being patient and polite. Mason, after I interrupted him from cleaning one of the creature tanks, greeted me with a positive attitude and took care of all my fish and underwater plant needs while carrying on a conversation we me. I also noticed him pulling my online order while he was helping a customer on the phone, very productive kid! The staff definitely makes it a friendly place to shop, I'll be back. Thanks!
