I paid $92 for a Toy Poodle grooming service and specifically requested a Teddy Bear cut. What I received was an uneven, poorly finished haircut that shows a clear lack of experience with poodle grooming. The head is unbalanced, the ears are not blended properly, and the body has visible clipper marks. This is not a matter of preference — it is poor execution for a premium-priced service. Very disappointing experience.

SantaPaws wanted to give my big dog Honey, a new bed for Christmas and sent me to find one for her. Walmart's beds were too small, and there wasn't a good selection, but the Spring Petco had an excellent selection after Christmas to choose from with reasonable prices on large dog beds. I was able to verify the price with an avaliable associate instead of dragging it to the front for a price check. Honey loves her new soft interior, gray plush bed and the gray and white outer pattern matches my family room decor. We couldn't be happier!

Food i bought on 10/16 was expired back in MARCH of this year and I didnt know. Today was the last day my dogs had diarrhea from it. Not happy with the fact that I took 2 other bags that had expired in FEB. Of this year when I went to exchange for a new bag. Do better.

Adopted 2 yr old labradoodle who needed a bit of training! PETCO & Charlie have been wonderful with training and assisting me to ensure I have proper food & gear to ensure safety & social behaviors are up to par! Very happy with training & wonderful employees always friendly & ready to help if & when needed! Highly recommend store & dog training classes!

Great store but they could definitely add more help. The employees that they have are great at what they do. It's just not enough of them sometimes. But I guess it's the economy. But they are definitely knowledgeable and very helpful and I will guess overworked.
