This location had the sickest bettas I’ve seen in a while. Most had clamped or nipped fins or swim bladder disease. Cups were noticeably dirty. These issues are preventable with clean fresh water changes. The reptile and rodent cages seemed to be taken care of a bit better than the fish

Alexis went above and beyond to help me! She was very knowledgeable and helped me make a homey and safe habitat for my new mouse friends! She’s an exceptional employee! :)

Alexis is an absolute gem at this store, especially for anything fish related. She is knowledgeable, patient, and we really appreciated her expertise as new fish owners. Side note, the store had a ton of fish to select from! Thank you for the great experience!

First time shopping at Petco in Southington. Store was clean , well organized , layout made it easy to find specific pet products . Staff friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back again . Thank you

It's a bit pricey. But, the staff has been very professional, courteous and offering advice.
