Dave and Corey were both very helpful at this location. After a different location confirming the sex of a small animal incorrectly (which I was informed is against policy to gaurentee this although I was told at the other store they "would not say so and sell me as a male if not certain") they were able to process an exchange for the correct sex at the Southington location. They had taken my information, as the original store of purchase should have but did not do. It was concerning purchasing a pet at the other location without giving any information. Just boxed up the animal and told me "he" was up front. They did their best at the Southington location to correct the situation, and I was able to leave with what I needed. My family got my childhood pug from here, and she was amazing. Two years ago, I came back and fell in love with a Cavapoo, and she is the sweetest dog ever. I don’t regret my decision at all. Process is fast and simple, staff is nice. You get a paper of the dogs parents and where they came from. If you’re someone who is set on a specific breed and fine paying a higher price, then this store could be a match for you. I do wish the store asked more personal questions before selling puppies and had a larger area for the puppies to be in, as some breeds grow faster and there are multiple in one area. Regardless, I’ve always been happy with the dogs I’ve brought home from here.

Loved it the first time we walked in. Staff is awesome...Very Friendly and helpful. Especially Matt! Very clean and well organized.We go just about every week for Puppy Play Time. 😊 We bought two Albino pet rats from here. Very happy and healthy 🩵

Literally just walked in while my paint samples mixed... Wow. Disgusting. Starving iguanas, puppies CAKES in feces with skin conditions that they're charging exorbitant prices on, disgusting smell. If you buy an animal here, you are getting taken advantage of. You're paying WAY too much money for terrible quality. Also, the Sleep Token music is great, but you probably shouldn't be blasting rock/metal in a store full of already stressed out and neglected animals?

I bought my puppy from them, and they were awesome. Great customer service, and they are so helpful. Very clean and all the puppies were also clean and there the puppies areas are very clean. I lost my other dog from cancer, and I was suffering from a heartbreak from losing her. My family couldn't take it anymore from seeing me so heartbroken from my loss. When I saw him, my face lit up once I saw him, and I knew that he was my baby/dog. I will be back to get all my animals from you.
