They had a big doggie bed with a matching blanket on sale for a little of nothing great deals and they guy that works on the floor I don’t no his name but he is a wonderful helper every time we go in there with our dog Blue he has been so helpful I’m going to get his name because he needs to be thought of just a hard worker great place to shop for dog food also great selection

Stellar customer service from both Steve and Tom . I have never been so impressed by employees so eager to help . These 2 were informative respectful and modeled true customer service. I will be going to this store Vs the Quincy branch due to this service I experienced!

i've come here multiple times(against recommendation and my better judgement) in the past 6 months because it's convenient location wise and i'm kind of last minute, but have gotten a couple bad haircuts from this location for around $80 lol, which i get happens especially with a squirmy puppy under a year. but officially never coming back after today because after four and a half hours with my shih tzu i could tell that her face was not shampooed or even trimmed AT ALL because it was longer on the right side as it was before i brought her in(specifically asked for face trimmed so she could see.) and the paws were not trimmed at all(which she is squirmy so i get but if you look at the pictures i know someone in that place could have done a better job in those 4 and a half hours my dog was

Everything was great... that was my first time being there.. I didn't really look around the store because I went there to buy a certain pet .so I didn't really get a good look but anyway I definitely want to go back!!
