The price of specialty foods jumped another two dollars a can and it’s ridiculous to charge 6.99 for a small can of food for a dog with kidney disease. Been a member for several years and their rewards program is nearly nonexistent so I am shopping around to see if I can find it at a discount, so much for being a loyal customer, I guess they figure people who love their dogs will pay any price but it’s an affordability issue. Might as well not have a reward program as the only time I get Anything offered is after I have already bought and stocked his food, sad excuse for a reward program!

Alex is a magnificent employee. I'm looking to make a plant terrarium and she was a great help, along with everyone there. Warm and welcoming is the best way to describe the service Alex provided. I'LL BE BACK 🤖🤖🤖( 90s slang 😂🤣🦜). I got the prices for all the equipment and more with the app to Petco. I'm now a customer here and glad I walked in.

Our babies had the best time with their first bath at Petco. Staff are so great!

My husband and I went in to adopt a hamster. We picked out hamster, a cage, food, everything before getting An employees help. The employee then refused to sell us the hamster unless we bought a 10 gallon fish tank instead of the hamster home we picked out that they sold!!!!! She told us they have been having problems with those cages getting chewed through and people have been returning them. I've had hamsters before and that was never an issue if you give them the proper chew toys. I told her we would take responsibility if it did happen, but she refused the sell. So we immediately went to PetSmart and adopted our fluffy baby. The employee there was happy to help, very nice, and we were home with him in less than an hour. Don't go here to adopt pets.

😇💃🐕For Starters I took My Baby To get GROOMED there, When it was time to pick Him Up We was Trying to make it to another appointment He was NOT SMELLING GOOD AT ALL, Didn't Smell like He was Washed at ALL His NAILS 💅 His NAILS wasn't CUT HIS Tail Was Mutilated ALL AROUND His Buttock On Up It,s MORE 😔I,m DONE 👍 Hope His Hair COMES BACK Right AGAIN 🤔 I Won't Let Them Give Me Her Again 😞😭 If I Ever Go Back.🥺 EVERY ONE There Is NOT The SAME As SHE DID HIM THERE So DON'T take it personal to Everyone there. It was ONLY HER THAT DAY I,m Speaking. One of The Other Workers Tried to FIX IT 😕 SHE DID Her BEST TO CLEAR IT UP and I Think 💬 Her For THAT. BUT He Needed to Be Checked For Other Services That She was Paid For To Do His Nails Sharp As Hell 😳
