I am so disappointed in the haircut my pup received. Upon arrival, I was very clear about both the length and style I wanted. I referenced the sample hair length chart at the front desk and asked for the second longest length, explaining that I wanted a trim, not a short cut. I also specifically requested that her head be kept long and fluffy. When I described the overall look, the groomer confirmed understanding and said, “That sounds like a teddy bear cut,” which I agreed with. Unfortunately, the final result was far from what we discussed. My dog was given a buzz cut, and her face and head were cut nearly as short as her body, completely eliminating the fluffy look I requested. Cashier was terrific. Very helpful with my monthly membership and with applying my credits to my purchase. Need to discontinue my membership due to closing of Fountain Hills store & no longer grooming my dog there + dog on last leg at 13 yrs old. A number Petco stores I have stopped in at do not carry the beneful dog food my dog liked.

Really nice groomers, customer service was great. I give it a five stars the service was amazing, I will be coming back. Everybody there was really nice and helpful. Would recommend this place to anyone😁

Went in for a few ghost shrimp, and they had a TON of beautiful live aquatic plants in as well! Added a few species of plants to our large tank, and picked up a few new fish as well. Only a couple fake ones left for color, and we'll switch those out soon. Great service today as well!

I asked for assistance locating select products. The person I asked requested assistance from a woman giving a dog training ... The woman sized me up; didn't look me in the eye. Responded rather irritated to the individual who'd inquired of her direction. I walked my dog to the threshold of eternity the next day... Will forever remember this.
