Can’t recommend Kyla for grooming enough!!! She’s so sweet and she did an amazing job! This was my puppy’s first haircut and from the beginning she explained how she would do what she could because she didn’t want him to be traumatized. I really appreciated that because I definitely didn’t want a groomer who was going to push him because he’s more timid and only 5 months old. She also came out from behind the door and allowed him to sniff her and warm up to her with me there, which definitely helped ease some nerves (this was my first time leaving him with someone else). After leaving I was a little nervous my puppy wasn’t going to let her cut him fully but when I got there to pick him up, he looked like a whole new puppy (in a great way)!!! Cannot recommend Kyla enough! Definitely will be

They know me even though I don’t go in that often. I have two dogs and use the app primarily to order their dog food and use points. Occasionally I will go in and also buy other items and also pick up my online app order. The last time I came to the register the lady recognized the name before I could say anything and got my stuff for me. This last time, it was in a cart all ready to go for me. I thought this was so nice because I usually grab a cart while walking in to take the stuff to the car - but they had me covered! As a retail store manager - I appreciate the attention to detail! Thank you

I picked up a 50lb bag of dog food for my daughter who ordered it online for store pick up,I can't lift this bag do to medical issues so an employee called for someone to help,the manager comes over very willing and happy to help,he proceeded to explain their monthly program where you pay $10 a month and you get some pretty incredible discounts on various items and services. I thought this was a great idea especially for those with multiple pets with different pet needs. The manager was very personable and friendly. I was very happy with my visit and experience with this location,the store was very clean and organized and the staff as a whole were extremely accommodating and knowledgeable . Everyone was so kind!! We were new to a kitten as a pet and asked some questions for food and etc and the worker went ABOVE AND BEYOND helping us with recommendations and showing us where things were and answering ALL questions. Then at check out we had another great experience with the clerk who was so kind. Great place to get pet supplies and will be back. The selection was great as well for us and very organized .Bonus is the worker gave us great coupons to use!

floor associate was very helpful- I had forgotten my Petco store card and they would not help me to see if they could locate it on line for me- Did not offer to call customer service for me. Don't know if I would return as I usually do my shopping for my dog on line- I usually do not even shop on line for this store as well. I only stopped into buy Cat Food for a Cat rescue- I do not even have a cat.
