Hazel and Violet love coming in for their monthly baths, nail trims, and teeth brushing. Marissa is amazing with them. All the staff there have been amazing.
I have been taking my dog to Petco in royersford since we got her 2 yrs ago. Tori is the best! She is meticulous, pleasant and Sophia loves her! The staff is super friendly and the app to schedule appointments is super convenient and easy to use. I have nothing but kudos to all!
I am EXTREMELY disappointed in our visit and for coming to Petco for the last 10 yrs we will not be returning. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Would love a phone call back from the manager of Grooming. We were charged 102$ 2 charges of $15 so $30 of extra brushing and shaved him down to the skin…
The groomer did a great job of taking care of my dog. He looked and smelled so much better. The haircut is a little shorter than I would have liked but that was my fault. I was given examples of the different lengths and I picked the wrong one, but the good news is he's not getting burrs in his coat and it will grow back. Would recommend and will be taking him back when he needs it again.
Tori is always amazing with our dogs. She is always showing love to our dogs and other peoples dogs. Everyone is great there! Feel safe leaving my 2 pups.
