This is the second time I've bought neons from rochester. They all died within a day. I've never had a problem with the other store that I have gotten fish from. I know its not my tank because my few fish are healthy and happy.

Yupin does the BEST grooming on my dog Marley! His soft fur lasts for a long time and he is so happy when he leaves every time because she takes her time with him and cares so much.

Made an appointment to have my dogs nails trimmed. Told me on the phone to make sure to call if not gonna show up. Come in ten minutes early and no one knows anything and they don’t have time. What a joke.update got home and noticed had received a confirmation for the appointment

Love everything about the store except the man around which we get points To be redeem You make it very difficult For people who do not have smartphones to get their points. Add other pet stores you just show up at the register and they ask you if you want your points that easy. Petco you make us jump through hoops Sorry to say.

If I could give negative stars I would. This is not the first time I have this experience with rude staff. Just that the location of the store is convenient. The employees here are always very Inattentive and rude. When I went in on Friday afternoon, one of the employees actually unbuttoned their pants and fixed their shirt or something, buttoned back up, all while at a register and not acknowledging anyone in line. then preceded to just walk away like no one was looking.
