I highly recommend the vaccination department at Petco. The team is professional, friendly, and makes the entire process easy and stress-free. In particular, Odyssey is fantastic to work with (and deserves a raise) —knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly kind with both pets and owners. Their care and attention made a big difference, and I’ll definitely return for future visits.

This is a great Petco for peace and quiet. If you don't want a soul around to bother you with all that invasive customer service this will be your go-to Petco. You won't even find an employee to ring you up and you can enjoy the quiet while you stand there at the register, and stand there, and stand there. No, this isn't a one of experience as I have found it to be the case every time I have attempted to shop at this store. Even years ago when my young son got his arm stuck in the sliding door (he was swinging his arm as we exited and the door caught it and pulled it between the panes of glass) we weren't put out with any help. Nope, they didn't offer any medical help as his arm turned colors. They even said it didn't happen since the manager hadn't seen it. No, no, the cameras sure

Everyone at the store was super friendly, especially Carson, who is well-educated and informed me of several things, I did not know about fish. I appreciate their patience, understanding an ability to work with me. I had a sick fish and exchanged it with no real issues. Incredibly hopeful , I would recommend any new fish owners or anyone who would like to learn

I visited this location today to purchase a new harness for one of my Malamutes. While my dogs were calm and respectful for most of the visit, the checkout experience was very disappointing. ​Despite my reassurance that the my dogs harness was secure and attached to a no-pull ring, the cashier was overly critical and dramatic about the fit because it shifted slightly while my dog was standing. Things escalated when another dog entered the store. As I was actively managing my dogs and locking their leashes to bring them to my side, an employee named Alexis intervened without permission. ​She grabbed my dog’s leash, which actually prevented me from being able to pull my dog closer and maintain control. I have handled my 75 lb dogs for three years and do not appreciate an employee overstepp

I have been shopping here since this store opened as they have a great selection of dog food. I also use them for autistic. However, after the lack of customer service from Cheyenne the so called manager due to an error on delivery as they cannot issue refunds, redeliveries or anything from the store unless you physically walk in. Thanks to the rude, unhelpful service I have canceled all autoships and will not be using this store again as they clearly do not care or support the customer even when they know they messed up.
