We had a grooming appointment at this Petco at 9:15 AM and were told it would take about 3–4 hours. I never received any update until 1:09 PM—nearly four hours later—when they said it would be another hour to hour and a half. My dog ended up being there for almost 6 hours. When we got there, he was still on the table and it looked like they had just started about 30 minutes earlier. After receiving a text saying he was “ready,” we still waited another 20 minutes. His haircut was completely botched (I have photos), his nails weren’t trimmed, and none of the “Fall Package” add-ons were done. What upset me the most is that my dog—who is not crate-trained—was kept in a crate that entire time with no food, no water, and no bathroom break. We needed a new collar for our recently adopted dog and couldn’t find one in her size. I asked a young lady who was stocking shelves for help and she found the perfect collar, even coordinated the color with her harness. We added a package of detachable flowers and she took our purchases to the register to checkout. Couldn’t be happier with the store because you have a great employee . I’m very sorry I didn’t get her name but she was so very kind and helpful, we will be shopping there again.

Huge shoutout to Jacque and Connor at Petco! Jacque gave my Shih Tzu, Elle, the best cut ever—even though she can be pretty feisty during grooms 😂 Connor also did an amazing job on my doodle, Bella, who was a bit matted. He handled everything with so much care, and Bella’s cut turned out great. Both groomers were patient, professional, and clearly love what they do. I’ve brought my dogs here before and will definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend!

It is unacceptable that this location refuses to bathe my pet simply because her medical records are in another language. To enter the United States, my pet underwent all the required tests, fully complying with APHIS standards. This branch’s attitude is extremely disappointing.

Deidre was an absolute angel and she went 1000000% above and beyond to help me out! I literally cannot say enough good things about her customer service. She made me feel appreciated, respected, and completely cared for. I genuinely cannot remember the last time I had such a pleasant experience in any store -seriously, give her a raise or a promotion or all of the above honestly!!
