Petco

Took our Teddy in for a groom here. I was a little apprehensive due to it being a pet store. Left him with Nick who did not disappoint. I told him what I wanted and he did just what I asked. He did an awesome job. Will definitely bring him back. I highly recommend him and grooming at Petco in Port Richey. 7/3/2025 - Back for our 2nd grooming. Again, Nick did an excellent job! So happy with the cut.

I visit my local Petco a few times a month. Everyone is always very nice & knowledgeable. My Daisy needs special food & they were very helpful in finding one that would work for her. She doesn't even mind when I take her for a nail trim!

The customer service at this store is is awful! I ordered a $300 light only to get home and realize the transformer was missing from the box. When I called they basically told me I was out of luck and what do I want them to do other than just return everything. I had to track down a light all the way in Wesley chapel store- mind you I live in brooksville so this is now the 3rd store I’ve had to try just to even get the light. Wesley chapel store was awesome! They had the light; checked the box before I got there, and then realized the in store price was less than what I paid online so they did an exchange and charged me the correct amount - a $50 difference mind you

Shane, Ryan, Donald and all the staff are amazing. They all offer great customer service, I’ve been going here for different types of pets and eventually a bearded dragon which I just bought an enclosure from them (AND membership). I recommend the membership big time, I definitely think it’s worth it with how much you can save in the long run.

Brian and Izzy are so helpful and informative when it comes to the fish! They have helped educate me so my fish tank can thrive successfully! Alisha is also one of my favorite staff members at Petco! She is always pleasant to chat with and she is always willing to help! I go this this store specifically for these three employees
