Over priced but idc I have the coolest new Cosmic Koi Betta named The Belmont. 4 stars bc price and they didn't have the filter I need in stock. The employees were super helpful!!

Everyone that works at Pembroke Petco are always friendly and helpful…especially Marie! I always appreciate her reminding me that I have rewards points to use before they expire. Groomers are great too and patient with my pups.

As I got in line to check out, all the systems went down so no one could check out. We were told we could order online for pickup, but that was kind of complicated to get the correct items, and I ended up selecting the wrong flavor cat food, so when I got back in line, I couldn't go forward. Luckily, the systems came up just at that time, so we cancelled the online order and did a regular order. All of that probably took around 30 minutes from start to finish. It was frustrating, but I thought your staff did a fabulous job trying to help us.

I’ve been bringing my dog to Petco’s grooming department for years and have always had great experiences, especially with Sarah, who has been a wonderful and consistent groomer. Unfortunately, she hasn’t been available recently, and the last two times I’ve had my dog groomed by Brianna A, the quality and service have been very disappointing. The first time, a few months ago, I was unexpectedly charged an extra $10 because she said she spent 15 minutes brushing out my dog’s tail. I’ve used this grooming salon for years and have never once been charged for something like that. I decided to give her another chance recently, but the second visit was even worse. My dog’s haircut was completely uneven — there are visible scissor marks throughout, his ears were cut short and uneven, and his paw

Extremely disappointed with the lack of honesty at this location. I brought my dog in for grooming (after making the appt weeks ago), but was turned away and told that Petco corporate policy prohibits grooming pets on Prozac. However, when I called corporate to verify, they confirmed no such policy exists and that it is entirely at the store manager's discretion. The manager chose to lie rather than be upfront. I recommend taking your business elsewhere.
