I’m done with the grooming service at petco! I brought my dog “cookie” in for a bath and nail cut and buff. I expressed that the nails were my main concern.. The nails look rushed and not buffed at all. The second I got her home my kids were screaming immediately about how sharp her nails were. On top of that I was told it would be about an hour and a half to two hours and they would call me 15 minutes before she was done. I left my number with the paperwork and they called the wrong number and when I came back on my own an hour and a half later they said she was done an hour ago. That would make her appointment 30 minutes. Sounds rushed. Her groomer was “zara” however I reviewed my expectations with another girl. Don’t know if they even spoke about my concerns about her nails. Don’t offer

Had issue with a few fish purchased! They helped me with issue and way to make it correct plus refund. Great associates. ALSO Pete & The other 21 YO Cody are awesome. VERY helpful and hard workers. You should be blessed to have them on your team

Clean store, friendly cashier who took the time to test out my coupon before I finalized my order. I love a good deal and got to use my coupon from my prior visit. My Shitzu Kinsley is liking his new Blue dog food, hoping to see more bounce back coupons in the future. I will also try to remember to use my Petco account for points.. I'm not in frequently enough but I needed to adjust my dog's diet. I usually go to Swampscott but I will return when I need to restock. Thanks Team Danvers!

Don't shop here. My bearded dragon almost died from poisoning because he swallowed a bit of the Calcium sand that was in his tank. I have removed everything from the tank all substrate. And sanitized the tank. There's no warning that this product is toxic if swallowed. Thankfully he survived after three days of intensive rehabilitation. My Kia almost died from Thrive Natural Calcium Sand

I enjoy shopping there cuz the staff are eager to assist me I've found continually. The cat litter I buy is 20 lbs on a high shelf and I can't reach it . The manager told me months ago to ask cashier as I enter store that I need assistance to get the litter. And I do this every time and a friendly associate comes with me. The cashier comes or pages another person to help me. I appreciate being appreciated as a customer, and staff have such a nice attitude towards customers.
