Shannon is absolutely awesome! Our dogs usually hate going to the groomer, but when they see Shannon, they get excited and can’t wait to be cleaned up. She’s wonderful with them and always makes the experience positive. The pricing is great, and the quality of her work is outstanding. Shannon is friendly, professional, and always willing to work around our schedule to fit the dogs in. We couldn’t ask for a better groomer. I took my 9yo Westie to Shannon for the first time this week after our long-time groomer (of almost 5 years) suddenly went MIA and was abruptly unavailable for any future grooming services. I was initially devastated by this because my dog had developed such a close bond with her and I was left scrambling to find a new groomer for him. My dog can be anxious and tends to be very particular about who touches/grooms him. Thankfully, a friend recommended Shannon to me. Pretty much immediately, I knew that she was going to be a great fit for my dog. She was kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to talk with me BEFORE we scheduled his first grooming appointment to learn more about him, his likes/dislikes etc., so that this transition would be positive for him. Shannon is the best!! We have been bringing our dogs Chester and Orson there for almost 2yrs now and she does a great job, great prices, nice lady and our dogs love her. We have been to alot of different groomers and our dogs have gotten scared to go back to other places . They drag their butts not to go to other groomers. So we always were taking our dogs to different groomers in search of one that us and the dogs liked. Now finally shannon saved the day.

I don't normally comment on businesses but I saw the negative comment from 3 years ago and needed to give an update! They are amazing! If you love your dog, send them to Elegant Paws. My pup wouldn't let anyone got near her with scissors or doggie clippers. They were able to bathe her and trim her hair and nails.
