Pet owners beware. After a while of not bringing my dogs here to get groomed, I decided to bring them back. We had a new girl named Natalie and she butchered all of my dogs. Called the store and spoke to the manager, got offered my money back, got promised a new appt. to give them a chance to “blend” the look of their faces due to their SHAVED noses, and my calls to set this up and have been dodged and ignored subsequent. I had to take all of my dogs to the doctor because of razor burn and a bloody rear end. This place is not a safe place for your grooming needs and I will never go back there again. GO TO A QUALITY GROOMER.

Victoria is an excellent dog trainer. We did 6 private classes with our puppy Sage and she was so informative and dynamic with our individual needs. I would highly recommend anyone take their dog here for either group training or 1 on 1. Our experience drastically changed our ability to communicate with our dog. We are super satisfied with this service and will recommend Victoria and this Petco location to anyone with training needs!

The staff was really nice and tried to be helpful and the only complaint I have is that you didn’t have the product I needed. I was looking for flea and tick chewables, and you only had the topical solution. Other than that, it was a friendly visit.

Always a nice selection of needs for my dogs from clothing to treats and food items. On the rare occasion that I did need to return an item, it was seamlessly quick and easy!
