Wonderful and kind experience with Valeria. She was not busy and I asked her for something locked up. She got it asking the appropriate question so I got what I needed. Then checked me out just as fast and efficient. Thanks.

The pricing model is outrageous. They tried to charge me $90 for items which are going for $55 on the website. They couldn't match their own prices and coupons. I needed to pick up some items right away and didn't have time to wait an hour for the "pick up in store" when I was already there. I drove down the street to PetSmart who had no problem price matching my items despite them also having similar shady online vs in person price differencials.

EDIT: Came back Wednesday Dec 3rd 2:15pm and had a much better experience. They read my email and brought me my order using the order # Demeanor of the workers were nicer this time. ______________________________________ PREVIOUS ONE STAR REVIEW I go in today Thursday Nov 13th 1:00pm. I’m the only customer in line picking up an online order for someone who can’t make it in. I show them the order # And they repeat to me I need ID. What if I’m helping someone disabled and can’t get out of bed, they don’t want to hear it, just repeating “need id” at me like a parrot. So I step off for a second to FaceTime the person I’m picking up for. At this point a line starts to form and they just proceed to the next customer and now I’m standing around thinking they were still interested in helping me. T

1-1 Training with Emily is the best decision you can make as a new pet owner! After just rehoming my giant schnauzer, I brought him to this Petco location to pick up last minute items for his comfort. I was greeted by Emily, who quickly introduced herself to my 2-yr-old dog, and he responded in a positive and relaxed way to her approach. After a friendly interaction, we learned that she works as a dog trainer at this location, and we signed up for 1-1 weekly classes. Emily was able to teach us how to train our new family member, and how to adjust our dispositions to make him more comfortable. We tell everyone about Emily because she truly was the difference maker. Having a dog shouldn’t be work so much as it is having fun, and she really helped bring that out in our family. Highly recomme
