Staff is great store is clean nice selection on products. 5 stars if it wasn't for the prices being a little high. There's bargains and deals not everything is pricey. However i was a little sticker shocked. Otherwise a great team on staff very helpful. Very patient with my pets and children.

My Rocco does training with Kristy here. He has his days and Kristy is not only kind and gentle with him but she always has patience with all the dogs in class. He has come a long way and we all enjoy coming weekly

Nice store with a good selection, but the customer service has gotten really bad. I went in for fish tonight and the lady that helped made the interaction very uncomfortable. Its unfortunate because there is a pretty nice selection of freshwater fish here. I'll have to go there one more time to use my Pets in the Classroom grant that was just approved. I wish I had chosen a different pet store when I applied for the grant.

I deleted my previous review and changed it to 3 stars because of the manager Robbie. He told me next time I come into the store, he will make it right with me again on my superworms. The customer service was good with cashier and the manager. Just count your superworms before you leave so you don’t end up making 3 trips like me. 🙂

If I could do a zero star I would. Long waits, scheduled appointments are never on time. Multiple employees did very little customer service for my needs at the time. Management plays favoritism. Not to mention overpriced products…I’d go to another pet store
