Kara was absolutely amazing with Finn!! He'd only ever had his nails and teeth done previously, and tends to be nervous in the bath at home. She was so sweet and patient with him! She let him get used to the dryer, which is a huge accomplishment as he’s nervous around vaccums and similar noises. Kara was thoughtful and thorough. She was even gracious with me being a neurotic dog mom. Honestly, I can't say enough fabulous things about her! Finn has a bad experience getting his nails done at another chain place in Norwalk when he was only about 5 months old. They rushed him, didn't’t secure him properly (only had one back leg through the grooming harness), and were generally rough with him. This is a great store where you will find all of your pet needs. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I love going there as much as I love going into Foods to do shopping for myself!

Had a fun time visiting pet store picking up supplies for my dogs looking at the tiny animals i swear i hear voice overs in my head. Nice kept place animals seem well cared for. Place is under construction but still open.

Every associate I’ve ever interacted with at this store, has been so incredibly helpful and has provided excellent costumer service. I always find what I need for my pet at this store. 5 well-deserved stars!

I’ve been coming to this Petco for over three and a half years and have always had excellent experiences with Emily and the previous groomers. They’ve consistently been accommodating, hardworking, and extremely detail-oriented. Emily in particular has always done an amazing job with my dog, Peaches — she listens, she cares, and she always gets the cut exactly right. Today, however, was a very different experience. I walked in to book Peaches’ next grooming appointment, as I’ve always done. While Emily was busy with another dog, the new manager, Claudia, and a new groomer were sitting nearby.
