Experienced the best customer service. Crow and Taylor are extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful employees. Went to the store to purchase a bird with my children. They were patient, kind, and walked us through proper care and what we needed to provide proper enrichment for our cockatiel. When I returned to the store a few weeks later, my daughter and I were greeted with a warm welcome, remembering us and asking how our pet was adjusting. Overall, fantastic employees that deserve some recognition.

Randy, the store manager, is amazing. He is always cordial, professional, and insanely friendly. He consistently goes out of his way to help me, and it genuinely makes a difference in the experience. Customer service like this is rare these days. Randy couldn’t be nicer.

I love the store and good service from the staff when I'm there they are very helpful. My sister is also an employee and she likes her job. I recently had to unsubscribe from the email though because I was getting a text message every 10 minutes about buying something. Maybe one a day is all I can handle

The last couple Petcos I went to, the animals looked terrible so I made it a conscious effort to stop supporting stores that sell animals. I went in today to the NK location, as a last resort, to see if I could find some hard to find guinea pig treats my vet told me to buy. A seemingly very aggravated girl with pin straight hair, tattoos, and a septum ring asked me if needed help finding something..I took her up on the offer even tho it seemed to bother her to have to show me...before I walked away, I found her near the fish tanks to ask if there were, by chance, any more in the back and if not, when the next delivery would come in...she answered me, but you wouldve thought I asked her the most vile, insulting question you could possibly ask someone. Taylor in NK and Breanna in Middletown are amazing and go above and beyond outstanding. We have been very happy with the quality grooming our doodles Penelope and Simon have received. They are happy going in and coming out. The grooming service offered by Petco NK and Middletown, RI are top notch!! Thank you, Taylin and Breanna!! 🐶🐾❤️
