Pet Refuge

My parents, Henri & Carol, adopted Marshmellow Tuesday March 3rd. It's only been a couple of days but he has brought so much joy to them. He's friendly, sociable and so soft. It is definitely the right fit for us! Thank you, Pet Refuge.

A special review in honor of my sweet babies Tootsie (Tuscany) and Stewie. I originally heard of Pet Refuge through my first job as a vet tech. They would frequently bring in cats for veterinary care, taking special care of each one. When I moved into my first apartment, looking for a friend, I knew who to go to. It was a small apartment so I was looking for a sweet senior who wouldn’t mind a smaller space. There I found Tuscany, soon known as Tootsie. She was 12, but you would never know it. She was the perfect face to come home to after class or work, greeting you with the loudest meow you’ve ever heard. She was with me for nearly 4 years through college and through the birth of my son. I had a great experience at the Pet Refuge fostering and adopting Lucky! The staff was very friendly and efficient. When I was first fostering Lucky I was given food and litter and toys to take home with him. After fostering I adopted Lucky and he's absolutely wonderful!

This shelter has been the cleanest shelter I’ve ever seen. Everyone was so kind and you can tell everyone cares for the pets there ! I am so grateful and happy to have gotten my baby girl from here. 10/10 I would recommend anyone who is interesting in adopting to go here or sponsor their pets. Very thankful for Nicole for helping me get my baby girl approved and ready within 3 days.

I am so impressed with the Pet Refuge!! My application was reviewed and replied to within days, and staff was so communicative throughout the adoption process. We adopted two sweet kittens, Pretzel and Chips, and the pet refuge took care of all of their medical needs before we took them home. We left with all of their medical paper work labeled in a folder, and goody bags with toys and treats. 10/10 would recommend adopting from the Pet Refuge!
