My experience in this store today was very horrible when I made the appointment I spoke to Emily she advised me that I should bring all my dog's papers which I did on the day of the visit. On the day of the visit I bring all my dog's papers including rabies immunization records even extra papers the entire time she was shaking her head letting me know that I didn't have the the proper papers for my dog to get groomed. Immediately I got confused because I didn't understand what other paper she was asking I was getting a little irritated, she noticed and started to call me out because I was giving her an attitude I told her the level of frustration because I didn't understand what other things she needed the date of the rabies was there the doctor's name literally everything was on the paper

FISH HAVE PARASITES! I have never had such a terrible experience. Incompetent people visit after visit. They don't know anything about the fish they sell you and give incorrect information. Let's start with the issues with my phone number. Each visit my number is given for points, after all I might as well since I spend so much money here. Come to find out all they had on record was ONE transaction. I was returning fish that Anthony told us weren't aggressive but they were extremely and disruptive in the tank for my Angel fish. I didn't keep the receipt because I had put it under my number so it would be on file just in case I had to return it but it wasn't, nothing was that i had purchased and they would not give me the credit for those 4 fish. Tommy is the best groomer - he took his time with both my fur babies and they look amazing!!! I am so happy and thankful!!!

Update 7/25/24 Worst store experience ever! Toni Ann (Antionette) cashier is the absolute worst. Instead of attempting to solve customers store issues, and concerns, she becomes argumentative, and rude. Instead of seeking to solve the problem, or let a manager resolve the issue, she instigates, and purposely adds fuel to an already sensitive matter. Petco can continue to pay her salary to run away loyal customers, because she successfully succeeded in running this long term, loyal, pet loving customer away. Where is everybody??? I've been waiting for a cashier for 10 minutes. I could've walked out without paying. I started to look for an employee. And behold!!! I've located 5 employees in the back of the store laughing and playing around. LMAO. What a joke! One female said someone will be with me shortly. After what seem like forever, an employee finally arrived and processed my order. Last time I'll be shopping the brick and mortar. I can see with the e-commerce business is thriving and brick and mortar is dying.... Corporate needs to inspect this location!
