I had a very poor experience at this store. I wanted to purchase a donut neck collar for my dog because he recently had a neck surgery. I went with my mom to this location. I went to the front door and spoke to one of the employees. Her name is Vanessa. She was talking with a co-worker at the cash register. My mom asked where to find the donut collars. Vanessa told her the donut collars were in the aisle of the dog beds. We looked around the aisle and couldn’t find it. My mom went to Vanessa and told her she couldn’t find it. She asked if Vanessa could show her where it is. Vanessa rudely told my mom, “It’s over there! Just check it again!” She continued to talk to her co-worker at the cash register. This place is well stocked for most of its products. They have many brands for all of your pet needs. I have a German Shepherd and I come to this location for most of my pet needs. I always come here for food, allergy supplements, grooming suplies, toys, treats, medication and more. They have a grooming section, adoption services, and the staff on site is always ready and available to help answer most of my questions. It is a pet friendly store, the place is always clean. Since it's a busy store they always have most registers ready to get customers taken care of in a timely manner. RR and parking are also available.

Nice customer service they greet you ask you if you need any help with looking for products for your pet very helpful. I’ve been coming here for years and I love this place for my pets.

I went in to purchase some fish since I had one pass away and the person helping out was very nice and knowledgeable. The person at the register was there on her first day and was very polite and helped us out quickly. I would come back to this location.

Cat adoptions on Saturday should be advertised just as Dog training classes. The Ladies are here every Saturday helping these cute kittens/Cats find a forever loving home. The cat population is over whelming.
