Very helpful. Got 2 ferrets and a mouse from there. All the bedding and food. The staff are very very friendly and helpful! Our animals were very friendly from the time we got them home. I would highly recommend getting any pet or pet needs from here!

Brought my dog to Petco to have her nails trimmed and want to send a special shout out to Alexis the lady who cut my dogs nails. My dog is not the best around new people but she took her time to kneel down and let my dog get acquainted with her. She was very professional and got it done in no time at all. Not big on reviews but when you do such an excellent job I knew I was going to go out of my way to let everyone know what great service I had. Thanks so much Alexis... I'm torn with the rating on this. I found some great deals here but your customer service is just horrible. I walked around wasting some time and the only person to ask me how my day was was Ken! He was even on lunch when he talked to me. Everyone else just avoided me it seemed like. I would have rated higher if all the associates were as friendly as him. He saved my review from being a 1 star.

Bought hamsters week ago, it had to have been sick when we got him, he died within 10 days. I called to make staff aware, not asking for another one or my money back. Just wanted to let them know. The girl i talked to was very uncaring, transferred me to another employer who was worse to talk to, i told them my grandson was upset his pet died, his response was well that happens. Asked if he wanted my name to look up which one i purchased he said no. I will never walk into that place again or refer anyone there.

Employees are always helpful and super sweet always able to find what I'm looking for! The store is always clean and products are easy too find!
