I have been going to Petco for years because of the quality of service, cleanliness, fish, and supplies. I was recently at the store to stock my aquarium and was assisted by "Jed". He was kind, courteous, and helpful. He helped me select fish that would work well together in my tank. I wanted live plants, and he helped with that as well. They didn't have enough of the plants I wanted, so he asked for my phone number so he could call when they were available. The next week, the plants did not arrive, so he called to make sure I did not waste time coming to the store to check whether the plants were there. The following week, he called to inform me they were there. Upon my arrival, I watched him closely as he inspected the plants and picked the healthiest batch for me. That's above and bey

Ran in on whim just to grab a couple dog toys for the Crackhead. Every single staff member was friendly and helpful. Store was clean and we talked to birds and pet other customers dogs. Crackhead loved his toys so that’s a win.

Your employee wanted to leave a bird out front on the ground with clipped wings to suffer and die slowly. I brought him back in as clearly he came out of your store bright blue and tropical with clipped wings. Your employee refused to take him back and said to put him back on the ground to die slowly and painfully. Ultimately I had to buy a cage and take care of the bird myself. Shame on you.

I needed some help with the new fish we just got. The workers are very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. They also helped me carry the heavy products to my car. I really appreciated it. Thank you! You are the reason why we keep coming back to your store.
