I recently completed 6 training sessions with Julie. She did an amazing job! She is extremely patient and understanding. She creates training plans according to what the dog needs and already knows. I highly recommend her.

My family has a beautiful, wonderful, fabulous, calm, golden doodle❤️ Nanci has been grooming our girl for a long time. Never once has our family had an ounce of concern. Our pup is always happy before and after a visit. Just a quick interaction with Nanci and you know she loves animals. The other grooming team members here appear to have the same love for pups too. I’m here to say I saw an unhinged customer spewing unrealistic expectations today. Y’all, I think this team is the absolute best. We all have shortcomings but I believe everyone in the grooming area genuinely has ALL pets in their best interests. I highly recommend PETCO Milton, GA! After lots of visits and lots of $$$ I can without hesitation say 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟.

When I asked the lady, I think she was the manager ,questions about my fish tank .... She made very rude condescending remarks to me.... She even told me she questions my judgment.... I have recently spent about six hundred dollars there... I left and went to southern aquatics in Roswell... They're very kind , helpful employees even stayed open late to wait for me.... I question the judgment of the people hiring managers there.... And What is wrong with this woman? Why is she so rude to paying customers? I don't have a degree in fish care. That's why I was asking her questions... Very disappointed with her .... I will never ask that woman another question again

I’ve been bringing my dog here for years and always trusted this salon. Unfortunately, they recently refused to groom her due to her age, despite her being in great health and cleared by her vet. It’s disappointing to see loyal customers turned away without compassion or flexibility. I hope they reconsider how they handle senior pets who are still happy and healthy.

Disappointed — turned away despite scheduled appointment I’m really disappointed with my experience at Petco grooming. We scheduled an appointment for a simple nail trim and, when booking, we specifically mentioned that our dog had been at the veterinarian earlier that same day. The appointment was still accepted. When we arrived on time, we were turned away and told they don’t take dogs who have recently visited the vet. If that policy exists, it should be communicated clearly at the time of booking—especially when the customer directly discloses it. I understand businesses may have safety policies, but this felt like poor communication and a waste of our time. I’d recommend others be cautious about making appointments if you want to avoid unexpected last-minute cancellations and the d
