Went in to buy prescription cat food for my girl with kidney disease after being told by two other pet stores that this location would absolutely have it. They don’t have it despite being a location with a veterinarian. Save yourself the headache and buy from another company. Giving an additional star because Grace was awesome and told me the Petco locations which do have it. They are just too far away to be worth it over the “smart” competition. A company this size truly does not have an excuse to not carry prescription food when they offer veterinary services at the same location.

The staff is very helpful and caring about me and my cat’s needs💕 The store is clean, attractive and orderly! Kim, the assistant manager, was extramely helpful helping me choose the right food for my kitty. In addition, Kim told me all about the Petco Vital Care discount plan for pet food, pet litter and vet visits. I signed up for this plan; and am saving a lot of money! In addition, Petco delivers my cat food on demand twice a month, or as often as needed. This is very convenient! Many thanks for your extraordinary service, Kim!

Took on my Great Pyrenees rather difficult to find a groomer for a Pyrenees. Amanda took him on, he looked great when he got out she does a great job.

The customer service is excellent. I bought an item. Abd asked the employee if he could install it in my car. No hesitation. Very happy. I wish I k ewe hos name, so he could be recognized.
