Great experience here. Plan to do more business with them soon. Prices were more than fair and process to sell some scrap gold to them was explained and was quickly finished. Thanks guys.

My girls had their first grooming experience at Petco yesterday. I was nervous as they are rescues. When we arrived, we were greeted so warmly. My yorkie had some mats and tear stains and just really needed some attention. I was anxious about leaving her because she takes a while to warm up to new people and things. She quickly seemed comfortable. My Pom is an escape artist, so we also mentioned that. We were assured that she would be watched closely. An hour and a half later they were ready. When we picked them up they were both happy pups. My pom looked so fluffy and smelled so good (and she did not escape!) My yorkie had the cutest haircut. All mats and stains were gone. The whole experience was so positive. We will be back!

We got a our cat there, he is so cute, amazing and funny.

I normally shop at the Strongsville location, but went to this one to buy aquarium plants and shrimp. The employees were good, but the store seems very depressing. Just feels dirty and run down. The aquarium department had sooooo many dead animals in the tanks… and a lot of them were just bits and pieces of decomposing ones. I get that sometimes fish die in the tanks, but it seems like it would be a good idea to clean them out and dispose of them. I went directly from that store to the Strongsville one and it’s night and day! Seems like a management issue. I will definitely be making Strongsville my go to store!
