Alexis went above & beyond my expectations. My dogs haircut looks amazing. She is very talented! I usually pay $90+ because of his breed but the service here was only $60! This isn’t including first time customer coupon! Toby & I have found his groomer and we couldn’t be happier.

I had a terrible experience at this store. I took my dog in only for a bath and nail trim, but instead of doing what I requested, they completely shaved him without my consent. No one even asked me before making this drastic decision. When I questioned it, an employee Sasha dismissively said, “Oh, summer is coming, so he won’t get hot.” It’s March, and the weather is still cold! This was completely irresponsible and unacceptable. To make matters worse, my dog now seems scared to get into the car, which makes me wonder how he was treated during his visit. I trusted them with my pet, and they ignored my instructions and likely traumatized him. I would never recommend this place to any pet owner. Took great care of our dog and she was done so fast! I gave her some notes beforehand and she did everything I asked perfectly. Our dog looked great when we picked her up. Booking appointments is easy and convenient online.

Sasha is AMAZING!!!! She is the ONLY only dogs will allow to clip their nails. They absolutely love her!

I wouldn’t take my fur baby anywhere else thank you so very much for baby new look! Love it!
