Petco

Went to get some fish and Alyssa was AMAZING. She was extremely helpful and gave us all the information we needed. She was wonderful and truly an awesome employee. We have three cats, a dog and a huge fish tank so we go pretty often to pet stores. She is by far the absolute best person we’ve had help us in all the years we’ve been going. Give her a raise!! She stopped what she was doing, helped us with all of our fish needs and even checked us out at the end. Wonderful employee. Raving reviews for her

The store is always well stocked and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. But Petco needs to cater to their real customers, the fur babies. I do wish the floors were a lot more dog friendly, the floors are too slippery for dogs to walk on causing injuries to hip joints. I understand for Petco, the tile they use might be an easier cleanup factor but it doesn’t benefit our precious fur babies and because of this, what use to be great 30-45 min outing for us, with lots of food, treats and toys purchases, has now turned into a 5 minute in and out for me with just food, which I might as well order start ordering from Chew, because I no longer bring my fur baby inside. Do better and I’ll go back to spending more time and money.

Molly is amazing! She always leaves our micro Goldendoodle looking absolutely perfect—with the cutest teddy bear cut every time. You can tell she genuinely cares and takes the time to make sure everything is just right. Our pup not only looks adorable but comes home happy and relaxed. Highly recommend Molly if you want your dog groomed with love and skill!

I came to do a return and murisa made the experience so easy and enjoyable. She was beyond polite and professional. She’s a delightful human being and we will definitely be coming back to this store!!! Thank you Murisa

Normally have a great experience at this store but was ultimately let down tonight by Hannah and her attitude that she proceeded to give me. I will be going to another store and won’t be coming back. To give someone like that a lead position is absolutely insanity.
