Shelby Free was extremely helpful and extremely knowledgeable about pet care! It’s clear they genuinely care about animals and taking care of customers too. Veronica was also extremely knowledgeable about aquariums and gave great technical advice. Best customer service/workers ever.

Very friendly and helpful. We got our dog groomed today and just loved 😍 how she cut her hair. What we loved about her haircut was how close to detail and they listened to how we wanted it. We will be returning soon!

This place has everything your special pet would ever want. They even have an in house vet that offers basic services at a better price. They have anything and everything to do with pets. From fish, cats, dogs and other reptiles and animals, if you need it they probably have it. They also allow local animal shelters and rescues to hold adoptions primary on the weekends and special holidays. We just adopted a kitten named CJ which is short for Colby Jack given his color. We were provided with a 20% off coupon anything in the store that we bought even if it wasn’t related to the cat and also were given and allowed to use a coupon book at the register towards our purchase. I brought my pup here for training and OMG!!! It was a really amazing experience. Shelby was our trainer and after one session, I already see improvement in my pup. Not only did they give amazing tips, tricks, and advice, but they helped me start to gain confidence when it comes to training and advocating for my dog. 10/10 experience and I will be going back again!

WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD The moment we walked into the store, it smelled absolutely disgusting. The odor was overwhelming and completely unacceptable for a business, especially one selling pet products. Despite this, we continued shopping to pick out Christmas gifts for our dogs. When we got to the register, the cashier (a woman with glasses) was on a personal phone call, loudly arguing with what appeared to be her boyfriend. We stood there for roughly five minutes while she continued yelling on the phone instead of doing her job. When she finally started ringing us up, the smell of strong body odor coming from her was unbearable and extremely unprofessional.
