This is hands down my favorite Petco — and honestly, my favorite out of any major retail pet store I’ve been to. The care and selection of their tropical freshwater and saltwater fish are better than any other big-chain pet store in the area. When I say retail pet store, I mean compared to other large chains — obviously small specialty mom-and-pop shops are different — but for a major retailer, this location really stands out. Their driftwood selection is amazing, and they carry a solid variety of substrates and quality food options for our little fishy friends. You can tell they actually care about the aquatic section here. Beyond that, the entire store is well run. My local Petco has been a consistently positive experience. The fish selection is one of the better ones in the area—healthy, well‑kept tanks and a nice variety to choose from. The staff is always friendly and genuinely helpful, whether I’m asking about fish care or just browsing. Overall, a reliable place for aquarium supplies and pet needs.

Nathan helped me get a blue eye lemon pleco ordered to the store. It’s my favorite fish, and my original one died from an ich outbreak caused by another fish so I wanted to get a replacement. When I went to pick it up, they had many other rare plecos in stock and the lady who helped me was fabulous too and asked if I needed any other pleco ordered. Superb customer service from Nathan and the team. Thank you for going above and beyond to help me. I appreciate you all.

I went to buy tropical fish and the guy that helped me was very knowledgeable. He gave me very useful aquarium tips and provided a great service. The told me about his snakes. People like him make a huge contribution to the store, one of my favorite pet stores.

The fish and the tanks are clean and healthy. The aquarium guys I have talked to know their stuff. They don't give advice to push their stores products on you, rather they make suggestiona about what you might try to resolve a tank problem. After explaining, I often have to ask, hey do you have some one of those or do you carry some of that chemical etc. they then will help you find said item. Really like just looking at the fish, very healthy and active . All are friendly and will chat with you for as long as you want. They seem to really like what they do and it shows. It's my go to place to get aquatic animals, plants and chemicals.
