The customer service was lacking. I had issues retrieving a coupon and staff offered no support other than gor me to call customer service. When asked if the coupon could be honored they said no, they needed a barcode. When I finally figured out how to retrieve the bar code, the staff member did not scan it. They went in an manually entered the discount. When asked why they didn't do that to begin with, I was told they needed the barcode (they never scanned). In addition, I had to go back to my car, bring all the items back inside so they could be re-scanned before I could get the discount.

Just stopped in for a look around with the kids. Everything seems pretty tidy. No awful smells. Lots of products for animals. My kids loved the fish and the hamsters. They were really hoping to see rabbits, but maybe they had fewer animals with Christmas getting closer. Groomers were taking care of a pup. My kids liked watching that. There was one kitty they got out for my kids to pet which was nice. I thought the chameleons were really cool. The little goldfish were less than a dollar if you're looking for a cheap pet! Lol Overall a fun little stop for my kids to see some different pets.

I am now the proud owner of #JoshsFrogs 'Orange Cream' ( Porcellionides Pruinosus) and 'Temperate Springtails ' ( Folsumia Cindida) for my terrarium. In spite of the reviews, all the Isopods at the store had live Isopods, and the Springtail container was packed full of Itty bitty Springtails of various sizes and ages . I am quite happy with my purchase and look forward to having a bioactive environment. Thank you for providing a much needed key component to creating my dream bioactive environment!

For my pack of dogs, I always come here no matter what I may need for them. If it's to get them a dog house or dog beds which they have all kinds of or if it's just to spoil them and get them their favorite treats. Pet Co is the place to go. Great customer service as well

I came in for 1 product. I found it with ease. The store is always so nice and clean. I had friendly interaction when buying the product. It was a pleasant experience.
