I can’t recommend this place enough. My journey in dog training actually started here about 8 or 9 years ago, during a very difficult chapter of my life. I was recovering from an auto accident and struggling with a spinal injury that was costing me my ability to walk. Rodney, who was the trainer at the time, stepped up in a way I’ll never forget. He invited me to observe classes over the course of a year and personally mentored me. With his guidance and the support of the staff, I was able to train my service animal, Link, to retrieve items and assist me with daily tasks. That experience changed everything for me. It didn’t just help me manage my disability; it sparked a passion that led me to expand my knowledge and eventually open my own training business, Missing Link’s Pet Services LLC

We took my five pound poohuahua to get a bath and haircut. When I went to pick her up her bottom left eyelid was sliced right through. They tried to tell me she cut it on the cage/kennel she was in. It definitely looked like a clean slice from a clipper blade. So either A) they lied about her cutting it on the cage and it was actually a cut from grooming or B) they have sharp, uninhabitable cages/kennels that they have no business putting pets in. There’s a vet across the street that they took her to (without telling me) and they gave them some ointment to send home with her that they CHARGED me for! If they would’ve just fessed up and admitted there was an accident I would’ve still been upset, but would’ve been understanding, dogs do squirm. Still was charged full price and no apologies o

I would NEVER go here again, the old gray haired nag behind the counter was a completely rude, unprofessional, nasty lady. I had been here before to check out the boarding facilities and talked to the gentleman in the back, he was very nice by the way, ended up spending a hundred bucks on my dog that first time, lol. But this time I was going to inquire about boarding my dog 8-10 days a month while I was in town working and getting some professional training. Anyway I had my dog on a leash and had her on heal, first thing when I walked in, I tried to joke w the nag and said “hey are dogs allowed in here” in a very joking laugh style, all I got back was a glare, then one of her cats came out from behind the counter, granted I know my dog she loves cats and lives w 2, in a very nasty t

Sadie was taken in for grooming on April 29, 2024. The groomer was asked to do a traditional golden retriever haircut, and they said they didn't know what that was. The groomer was then asked to trim up her ears, and her grinch feet. Brush out and trim her tail and feathers. A short trim on her belly and chest, and any long length off her back. My golden retriever went from a golden retriever with a shaggy winter coat to a short-haired lab. In my opinion, the groomer(s) need to be more knowledgeable about a golden retriever cut, and if they don't know, follow through with what they're asked to do. There is a huge difference between trimming my dog and shaving my dog. You never, ever shave a golden retriever, unless specifically asked to do so! I will continue to take Sadie for the bat

Incredibly rude staff. The front desk woman rolled her eyes at me when I asked a question and went back to her computer. I tried to ask the only other staff person I could find and she shouted at me to go to front desk. If this is how they treat people I can't imagine how they treat your loving pets
