This store is disgusting and has greedy employees. Instead of disposing of their trash properly, they choose to rip open the pet food and poor it all over the ground. I can't believe they do this so the garbage men have to step in this. This also prevents homeless people from having a chance to bring this to their pets while making them have to step on this. This is why this shopping center is having a rodent and roach problem! No animals come eat this besides the rats and roaches. This is despicable behavior from the employees! Does #corporate know you're doing this??

My pup has been getting groomed here for about a year. Shaina, Sarah, and the team always treat her amazingly and she always comes back clean and soft. Today I walked in for a nail trim with Reese - who was fantastic, kind, and patient. Before we even got into the grooming station, Lei went above and beyond to show my pup some love! Lei gave my girl pets, treats, hugs, the whole nine yards! Throughout our short visit everyone we encountered was kind and friendly to me and my dog. As a dog owner, nothing makes me happier than when someone likes my dog. Lei and Reese made my day so much easier, and treated my girl like royalty!

I brought this dual pack of bulbs Wednesday and one bulb is already blown I dnt have the receipt for the transaction but there is no way that this 125w bulb should have went out in 4 days

Made an online order containing two tidy cats 35lb litter. Got to the store just to find out that there was only one. The cashier told me she refunded it INSTEAD of finding a substitute. After explaining i needed two not one, she proceeded to make me walk to the cat litter and pick one out AND THEN proceeded to try and charge me FULL price for the litter. My online order contained discounts and points. She could not provide me with ANY KIND of discount to make up for HER mistake. I paid full price for that litter because i needed it. This store is a disgrace. It’s dirty and the employees are USELESS. And why is there never any MOUSE FOOD?!?

Well I have to tell you I went to purchase mealworm for a bearded dragon (Medusa) that I'll be taking on a journey to her new home in Pennsylvania, so I asked Wayne the young Knowledgeable young man what would be good for her during the trip, now mind you I was in there a week and a half ago inquiring with two other individuals that were of no help as he replied we don't transport when I specifically stated what's the best way for me to care for her during travel... ok so getting back to Wayne who knew everything that I needed to know to make this 18 to 20 hour drive, showed me what to cover the mealworms with so that she can digest them since her light will be limited also that instead of a bowl of water to have a spray bottle to mist her as they can absorb water through there skin.
