Pet Paradise New Orleans

My fur baby stayed here for Mardi Gras weekend. He was nervous at first because it was a new place but warmed up to the staff fairly quickly. The staff was amazing! Very knowledgeable and friendly. They took great care of my baby. I paid for the daily updates, the pictures I received were the best! My baby looked so happy and really enjoyed playing with the staff. Pet Paradise was able to accommodate all mine and my baby’s needs. At pickup the staff told me about all the fun they had with my pup and I told them it showed in the pictures for sure! Feels good to know the staff actually played with him when he does go out for play time. My pup did the one on one with staff instead of group play. Great place! I love being able to check in on my pet through the cameras during the day. It really gives me peace of mind. I have been bringing my cat here on and off for quite some time when needed, and they have never disappointed. The staff is very attentive and truly cares about the animals. They also offer a discount for military members and teachers. Just be sure to ask and show proof. My cat is very shy and takes a while to warm up to new people and new places. They are always patient with her and never rush her. They make sure she is comfortable, and I would definitely recommend this place.

Pet Paradise is an EXCELLENT animal daycare, grooming and boarding facility! The staff are AMAZING! I had never left my dog Sam before EVER. I was nervous about doing so being he had never been away from me. Sam had a wonderful time and was cared for so WONDERFULLY! The staff went above and beyond to care for Sam as well as communicate with me! Sam also received a bath and grooming during his stay. Sam smelled and looked AMAZING when we picked him up! I can not say enough good things about Pet Paradise! Anyone looking for any services for their Dogs and Cats dont hesitate to give them a call and arrange for their Pet to go to Pet Paradise! This place is AMAZING !!

Pet Paradise staff is very friendly, worked with my anxious puppy to ease him into the daycare. The manager offered another date to further evaluate his behavior to find his best group fitting. We have since returned on several visits and the service cannot be beat !

Excellent service with the dogs and with owner! I made a silly mistake after a day of traveling, and urgent need to use the ladies room after a plane and car ride, that I messed up and transferred money to the wrong account. This made the funds unavailable for 3-5 days and they were so gracious to understand the situation and allow me to place a card on file for them to charge when the funds became available. They were incredibly understanding, thoughtful, and kind to me in my panic. I am so grateful to Pet Paradise NO and will definitely recommend and use them in the future! ❣️
