Terrible service. Please have a talk with the employee named MONROE. They increased the price of the item when I said I had a coupon and then added the coupon. The prices in the shelf were actually lower than what I was told at the register and I asked him twice if he can honor it and ignored me the first time and then said no the second time. He didn’t even bother on checking he was in a rush to get with the next person after me.

Lina was amazing. She was very helpful. She answered all my questions and gave great tips and advice.

During our second session with trainer Lina, we were removed from class within the first 5 minutes because my puppy was described as “too nervous.” He was calmly sniffing and exploring, as most 4-month-old puppies do in a new environment. I felt this decision was rushed and lacked patience. We were referred to veterinarians for anxiety after only a brief observation, and I was hoping for guidance and support rather than being dismissed so quickly.

Ongoing Issue – Unsafe Housing Led to Lost Pet, No Resolution After 3 Months I purchased a young milk snake from Petco over 2 months ago, and it escaped the same day due to the inadequate container it was sold in. Despite securely transporting it home, the container provided was clearly not suitable for a snake—it lacked secure locks or a proper seal to prevent escape. Out of concern not only for my own loss but for the safety of other animals still in store care, I sent an email to Petco Support that included images and suggestions for improving their housing for small animals. I’ve followed up multiple times over the past month and received no helpful response—just silence. I went in on a hunt to buy my son his first aquarium. Katie was the one who helped us and was so knowledgeable about everything, even went out of her way to look for the best deals to get everything I needed. There’s not many workers out there like that so I was very appreciative of that, makes one come back for more and more. I did come back after my aquarium was settled, got water tested and our first 2 fish with Katie again and was still as great as the first time and even remembered us. The time after to add more fish was with Monroe and he was so sweet and helped me get the last couple of fish for our tank. They gave me the best customer service and I’m thankful for their help.
