So my lady and I inherited a small fish tank and decided to get it setup for a some fish. Drove 35 min to this store and we're enjoying ourselves at first. Found a couple that we like and ask for help. Lady says no problem I'll help you out. Then we ask her for the couple fish we would like and then she explains that our tank is too small for multiple fish even though it was the same size as the tanks they use in store. Then as this is happening my lady and I started getting turned off to making any sort of purchase at this store. Next she says I'm one of the qualified people and need to ask you questions and then felt like we were being interrogated about buying a couple small fish for our tank. Alright, so to start, I never leave reviews anywhere. It’s just not my style. However, today’s encounter changed that for me. My wife and I went to Petco because she needed dog shampoo and some toys for our critters. We were looking around and I left my wife in the shampoo aisle to walk around. Went to the back right corner of the store where the Taste of the Wild and Whole-Hearted dog food is located. To my surprise, there was a clearance section with shampoo she has been wanting for $4 a bottle. (See attached picture) We loaded up our cart with a lot of shampoo (wife is a dog groomer) and I found a Carhartt work jacket for dogs, black in color, sized medium, labeled at $12.98. Decided to get it when I noticed a brown one for the same price. Same label and sticker. Grabbed it and we moved

The omen workers are very rude and will literally argue with customers over dumb things especially the older one and it has to do with small creatures. They literally do exactly what they tell you not to do . And every-time we got a fish there it died within 12 hours if even that, but we have gotten fish from other places that are handled the exact same they have been fine. This place is a joke, they do not care about their animals nor customers they have no idea of what customer service is.

I would give ZERO stars if I could! If you care anything about your babies or the money that you work very hard for, DO NOT GO HERE!!! We have three boys, all different sizes, so I fully expect to be out of a little money when it comes to grooming needs. I'm not ignorant to this. However, I have never paid over $300 for any grooming needs and I've had multiple dogs over the last 17 years!!!! My grand total was around $360 but with alleged discounts, we ended up being out of pocket $312. INSANE! Now if my babies had walked out of there, looking like they were headed to the Westminster Kennel Club show, I might have felt a little differently, but that was certainly not the case! Y'all truly should be ashamed and you WILL NOT get another dime EVER out of us! And we'll be taking our referrals

This location is definitely better than any of the ones in Memphis. They were well stocked with unique reptiles (and actually had feeder mice in stock). I stopped on my way through and was able to pick up a new pet, a beautiful Blazing Blizzard Leopard Gecko for my wife and get what we needed to feed our snake. Staff was friendly and helpful, including one kind employee, Holly.
