Love this Petco everyone is extremely nice and very helpful! All the animals look so healthy and well cared for and because of that we bought a bearded dragon and he is so healthy and friendly and socialized so well from the employees handling him. Thank you so much everyone this is my wife's first beardy and she's wanted one since she was a kid!

Petco just lost another customer. Through the last few years the reward programs has whittled away the benefits. First with the dog food, buy so many get one free, to a price cap. The food is $60+ Goodbye per bag and the cap doesn't come close. Now? The grooming rewards just disappeared as I finally reached the free one. What is going on? Forget it! I'll wash my own dog. At $80 plus tip is high enough. Let's not forget the employees that also loose out. It's hard enough to find work in rural America and this is just another nail in the coffin. Maybe the corporate people just don't need to care about the loss. I will share this experience with all my friends and family. Maybe they will see the hurt they put on their personal?

The people at Petco are always so friendly and helpful. They answer my questions and concerns without just trying to upsell me. I really appreciate their assistance.

Best Petco because of Josh and Andy! They are always a pleasure when we go there along with every employee we meet. Andy went out of his way to help my disabled husband get a shopping cart. Josh is amazing with our dog and we can't wait to start dog training lessons. Kylie in the grooming department was so awesome with our senior dog that was way past schedule for his grooming. Thank you for making him look and smell great!

The personnel lay the Petco on Industry Blvd in Jackson, CA are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The dog trainer is focused and interacts with the dog owners with a clear and encouraging manner. The store itself is pet friendly. They host vaccination clinics, have a good selection of quality pet food and cat litter. The store does not always have dog groomers available, but the times we have had our dogs groomed there, they have done a good job and have explained the process thoroughly.
