If I could mark 0 stars I would. What has happened to this establishment since it sold is terribly sad. I've shopped here many many years and I have never had any issues. The people who bought this place have no knowledge about animals or most of the products being sold. The last time I visited, the baby chicks and ducks had no water, and their brooders were filthy. When I told the lady at the front she got angry with me and said they just filled them. They have no business selling animals if they can't properly care for them. They need more employees, who are knowledgeable of animals and have enough time to care for the animals and customers. .. I would give this place a 0 if it were allowed. I will repeat what everyone else is saying. I walked in with out of town guests to get a bale of alfalfa and look at the nice boots and clothing this place used to have. It had been a few years since I been there as we moved out of state. The cat piss smell was overwhelming! I asked them what is that smell! They just looked at me. There was a lady actually eating food behind the desk. How can you eat in here? The store was dirty and dark and had very little clothing and boots. No way we would even stay in there and shop anyway. What a shame it used to be a clean bright and favorite place to shop.

I got my cat benji from here he’s the sweetest and I love him to death but he had ear mites and he was in so much pain. He was only 6 months old and it cost me a 400 vet bill. They keep deleting my reviews. But this place needs to be shut down they don’t care about the animals here!!!

Can we do something about the rodent issue inside? Also I haven’t wanted to buy bulk dog bones last couple visits because the moth/larvae have taken over. Take some pride in the place. Everyone is very friendly who works here though.

If you love cat urine and industrial cleaner fumes used in a feeble attempt to mask what seems like 99 cats giant liter box look no further! I only went there because it is the closest place to Plymouth that sells hay and straw. Their prices are fair compared to other feed stores in the area. I could barely stand being in there for the few minutes to pay. Last time I'll go back there, I thought the previous reviews were exaggerating how bad the smell was there, they were not...
